In recent years, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, requests for lectures from the China Medical Equipment Association and the China Medical Hospital Association, counterparts in Japan-China technical exchange programs, have been handled by pre-recording and videotaping lecture materials and using translated subtitles. Following a hybrid online and in-person event last year, the China Medical Equipment Association has now held an in-person event this year. There is a growing desire for face-to-face exchanges, including sending lecturers to China, from next year onward.
